the best combo for an elementalist/mushroom is to make the enemy a mushroom, then burn it to the ground!

unfortunately, unless ur a smiter or intending to be a e/mo healer, E/mos cant really do much in Nuking. Go for an E/me with echo/arcane echo, u can change secondaries in the desert place
